The candy bar in the lobby and the mini-fridge with complimentary drinks were awesome perks!

Slept in a Double Room that was surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean. The large shower had good pressure, made for refreshing showers after a long day. I appreciated the welcome treats placed on my bed. The fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. Breakfast really stood out, with warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages, and even meatballs! The location in a quiet residential area was perfect for a restful night. On the downside, the lack of a human reception after hours felt a bit odd and impersonal. I also noticed some noise from a fan that disrupted sleep a couple of nights. The experience was enjoyable despite a few hiccups.

Reception opened at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, was a bit tight for checking out.

Everything very well, very good price-performance ratio, quiet location in a side street, , spacious room, good mattresses, courteous staff, an exceptionally tasty breakfast, tram stop nearby, we will come back on occasion

It is not easy to find a parking space. With a little patience it will work.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. Breakfast was really good with a wonderful variety.

We had a nice, spacious room for three people. Very praiseworthy was the bed of our child. It was a real bed and not a folding bed as you would normally know it. This has surprised us very positively .

The room I initially booked didn't have the double bed I requested and despite quiet mornings in the breakfast room, I was told they were fully booked. The first morning started with a cleaning staff member barging into my room before 8:00 am, and there's no human reception when arriving in the evening to retrieve your key from an outside box, which feels impersonal and awkward.

The hotel personnel were competent and friendly, the facilities (bathroom, alarm, etc.) were as they should have been. I was only there for one night and arrived late in the evening, so late in fact that I could not use the free wi-fi, which, together with the city centre closeness, was the main reason why I chose the hotel.

I could not find the juices during breakfast - the layout of breakfast items was a little confusing.

Pretty good breakfast, room is ok and usable. Good house for short stay near the centre. Private parking available.

Even by Karlsruhe standards, the price cannot be justified.

We had a very comfortable room-excellent bathroom with very efficient shower .The breakfast buffet was extremely good with a wide choice of delicious food. The hotel was very clean. Free copies of newspaper were provided. It is in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood. We chose it because it was very close to where our daughter is living, but it would have suited us anyway.
